App for managing package deliveries, conceived and delivered in August 2024.
Functionality
The main functionality was to allow a doorman to register received packages, which could later be delivered to the respective resident. The building manager (syndic) had the role of managing the app and adding or removing doormen.
Delivery
The project included the delivery of a complete app design for the client, including a fully customizable UI kit.
Problem
The client needed the app to support both tablet and smartphone interfaces since doormen use tablets, while other users, such as the building manager and residents, might access it on their smartphones.
My role
Product Designer responsible for User Experience (UX) design and User Interface (UI) design.
Design System
The first step was defining the color variables, with the primary color chosen by the client. Then, I created variable components per mode. Since the client wanted the app to support both light and dark modes, components were designed from the start to accommodate this feature.
